The time is flying very quickly, as it was just over a week ago when I reported from Providence. And already I am busy packing up and heading out to Upstate New York for my first "A" race of the season - Ironman Lake Placid this upcoming weekend. Fortunately, in the meantime, we had an opportunity to spend a great and relaxing weekend on the lake in Vermont with our friends.
An early and quiet morning on the lake shore
With wildlife two feet away
Wanted to swim across the lake but the motorboat traffic forced me to swim along the shore
