In the rhythmThe 2009 racing season is comming to the end. In a few weeks I will be traveling to my final race of this season - IDT (Iron-Distance Triathlon) Silverman in Henderson, Nevada (November 8th). I have trained hard and hope to improve on my last year result. It will be another long day "at the office" - 3.8km swim/180km bike/42.195km run.
While on a training run a couple of weeks ago, I met Jerry, Peggy and Audrey from California who were visiting the Upper Valley to photograph the foilage. And what a spectacular day for picture-taking we had that day. They were nice enough to include me in some of their photos.
